Seeing some of your ever-amazing fall color in the background! The look of the lower garden is so restrained-wild, it defy attempts to better define it. Something about the chairs/pots at one end, and the duo of trees at the other.
Yes, autumn is unfolding as I write. I have always liked the contrast of order next to wild. The Europeans do it so well. We Americans tend to be all restrained or all wild.
Maybe that's my "1st generation American" status coming out, then! I like balance, some random within pattern.
